About USIT-Registry

Overview of the Unified System of Invariant Time

USIT-Registry.org is the official repository for the Unified System of Invariant Time (USIT) — an independent physics foundation built from four first principles: absolute space as a fixed structure, time as a forward-only ordering rather than a dimension, motion as eternal and uncaused, and every particle carrying perpetual internal motion at a single fixed maximum rate.

The foundation builds on Newton, Einstein, and Tesla rather than replacing them — keeping what each got right, and deriving new results from first principles where possible. Every claim on this site is checked against real, sourced data and labeled honestly as either derived from the postulates or adopted from established physics. Nothing is patched in to force a result to fit.

What Is USIT? A Plain-Language Overview

The Unified System of Invariant Time (USIT)
Daniel M. Andreola, Jr. - Independent Researcher

The Short Version

USIT is an independent physics project that starts from four simple ideas about space, time, and motion, and asks: how far can real, checkable results be built from just these four ideas — without inventing any new forces or constants to make the numbers work?

This page explains those four ideas in plain language, what's actually been shown to follow from them so far, and what's still an open question.

The Four Starting Ideas

1. Space is fixed.
There's one real, absolute three-dimensional space. The distance between two points is a real fact, not something that depends on who's measuring it.

2. Time only moves forward.
Time isn't a dimension you travel through — it's the one-way order in which things happen, built up from motion itself rather than existing on its own.

3. Motion never had to start.
Motion is treated as eternal — not caused by anything, just a basic feature of how things are.

4. Every particle has one internal speed limit.
Every particle carries its own constant, ongoing internal motion, capped at one universal maximum rate — the same rate we already know as the speed of light (c).

What's Been Checked So Far

Starting only from those four ideas, plus well-established physics where explicitly noted, this project has:

Reproduced the standard time-dilation formula (the Lorentz factor) from a simple geometric argument, and checked it against the real, measured GPS satellite clock correction (about +45 microseconds a day from gravity, and −7 from orbital speed).

Shown magnetism can be understood as a relativistic effect of moving charge, matching the standard result.

Worked out why planetary orbits precess — most famously, why Mercury's orbit shifts by about 43 arcseconds per century more than simple gravity alone predicts. This project traced that extra shift to a real, published model of gravity as space itself flowing into mass, and confirmed the same approach also matches Venus, Earth, and a binary pulsar system.

Independently derived the black hole event horizon size (matching the standard Schwarzschild radius) from the same four starting ideas, and checked it against real measurements of an actual photographed black hole.

Every one of these results was checked against real, published, independently measured data — not adjusted after the fact to fit.

What This Project Is Not Claiming

This is not a claim that Einstein was wrong. The math in general and special relativity is not disputed here — it's treated as a correct, proven description that this project is trying to reach by a different, first-principles route, building on Newton, Einstein, and Tesla rather than discarding any of them.

This is also not a finished theory. Several parts are explicitly labeled as open questions rather than solved — for example, the exact underlying reason gravity behaves like an inward flow is adopted from existing published physics, not yet derived from the four postulates themselves. Where that's true, it's stated plainly rather than glossed over.

Why It's Self-Published

This work has not been through formal peer review. It's hosted openly on GitHub and archived on Zenodo so that anyone can check the math and the sources themselves. Where an idea didn't hold up — including several earlier attempts that are kept on this site's Archive page rather than deleted — that's stated honestly rather than hidden.

Since everything which is moved is moved into a certain place, it is plain that the place where the thing moving or being moved shall be, must [exist].

Founder & Lead Researcher, Unified System of Intentional Thermodynamics

The Architecture of Presence: Navigating the Deterministic Horizon

This exploration is rendered through a landscape framed by the mechanics of the cosmos. It suggests that our journey through existence is defined by the inseparable connection between our reality and the movement in time.

As we occupy a specific place in the physical world, we are simultaneously woven into the broader, intricate clockwork of the forward motion of time, making our path a perpetual interaction between our physical location and the unfolding horizon.

Ultimately, our movement through the universe is not merely a transit through space, but an active engagement with a deterministic mechanical reality, where every position held and every moment experienced confirms our place within a measurable, unfolding masterwork.
— D.M.A. Jr.

Unified System of Intentional Thermodynamics (USIT)

The Unified System of Intentional Thermodynamics (USIT) is a framework designed to view the universe not as an abstract, geometric mystery, but as a predictable, stable engine. By accurately evaluating the value of our environment, we can identify the exact tools needed to navigate our future with precision.

My work with USIT is not rooted in academic dogma, but in a mechanical clarity that recognizes the deterministic nature of our world. I believe that by moving past surface-level labels and traditional profiles, we can unlock the potential to build a more stable and meaningful future.

USIT is my best current model of how the cosmos operates—a speculative, deterministic framework offered as a proposal and a tool, not as final dogma. It is intentionally open to testing, critique, and revision in light of new evidence and better models.

The Mechanics of Experience

This framework was not born in a lab, but in the field. My foundation was set at age seven, when my stepfather—a man who could not read or write—taught me to build machines not by reading instructions, but by studying the visual goal and understanding the mechanics of the pieces.

This philosophy has been my greatest asset throughout a life of extreme transitions. I have navigated the divide between elite preparatory schooling and the reality of life in a poor minority community. I have lived through the necessity of sleeping on hotel room floors, only to use the same mechanical principles of USIT to transform a GED into a position as a stockbroker in just 67 days.

Whether as a company president, a machine builder, or an artist, I have applied these same principles to diverse systems. I am a simple man who has lived many lives, and I share this framework to help others realize that while our paths must be different, the mechanics of achieving our potential are universal.

“The steps we take to achieve education and quest knowledge, for every person, must be different. Personal goals, talent, and individuality must be realized in order to maximize creative potential and add value to the steps along the way.” — D.M.A. Jr. (© 1991)
